Who transforms the Powell Valley Grade School gymnasium into Cornerstone every Sunday?
Who moves Cornerstone supplies into the Sunday School room (aka Music Room) and the Nursery area (aka Cafeteria) each Sunday morning before service? Who directs traffic in the parking lot? Who sets up chairs, the tables, the PowerPoint projector, the big screen, the podium and the stage? And who takes it all down again after the service?
Operations folks, that's who!
Operations is organized into three sub-teams with about 8 people each (more would be great) who arrive at Powell Valley at 8:45 Sunday mornings and start setting up! The teams work on a rotating basis so that each team serves for two Sundays, then gets four Sundays off.
